The annual Waniyetu Art Market returns to Hoċokata Ti on December 8-10. The three-day event is open to the public and features dozens of vendors offering Native American art, crafts, jewelry, beadwork, and many more handcrafted items that are perfect for your holiday gift needs.

Throughout November, we invite you to celebrate the Dakota through family-friendly events that include traditional games, a language lesson, an art activity, and exhibit tours.

Upper Sioux Indian Community Members Teresa Peterson and Walter “Super” LaBatte Jr., co-authors of Voices from Pejuhutazizi: Dakota Stories and Storytellers, will share stories from their book and talk about the importance of family and community storytelling.
